White Lies – Music from the Crypt

There are a lot of shining talents who enter the music scene from humble beginnings with most coming from small time and even evangelic backgrounds. The new British band White lies however comes from a totally opposite region of Arcade Fire and Coldplay bringing music of the deathly type. They have managed to catch the attention of rockers in England but the threesome group admits thought they love their art, it is very draining on the soul, for real. The three members, Harry McVeigh on vocals, bassist and lyricist Charles cave and drummer Jack Lawrence-Brown all agree on the utter soul draining direction of their music.
Thought their music may be dark themed, they are other than dark for they help break the ice from their grim songs with humor on and off stage. This keeps us in touch with reality as it is and keeps our minds off the music which can get into your skin most of the times. The group is one of Britain’s rising metal bands who are catching attention from critics, just hope they were a bit more wholesome like the rest of the band.
